Delete Your Apex Swipe Account

You can delete your Apex Swipe account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it:

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

• Open Apex Swipe and go to Profile → Settings.
• Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account is erased immediately.

Option 2 — Without the app (email request)

If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we will process the deletion for you:

Request Deletion by Email

• Send the request from any email, including your registered phone number so we can verify ownership.
• We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete them within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile (name, photo, bio), phone number, addresses, saved payment handles, follows, chat history, push tokens, and consent records.
• Kept (legal retention): completed order, transaction, tax (GST/TCS), and KYC records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law, then deleted. Fraud-prevention signals may be retained for up to 90 days after closure.
